THE TASK – Optimus Consulting was asked to advise Knigovishte on best market penetration strategies and the optimization of communication.

OUR APPROACH – We conducted several meetings with Knigovishte in order to understand and describe the current problems and possible solutions. We gave the company advice on many tactical and strategic Marketing issues.

Currently Knigovishte has many thousands of subscribers and its questionnaires cover thousands of books. The company is growing at a stable rate and has won many awards.
