THE TASK – Evaluate market entry options in selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe for a well-known luxury brand and recommend the best course of action.
OUR APPROACH – We made a deep analysis of retail structure, competition, pricing , and available options for these markets. This was followed by a market research to understand better consumer shopping habits, communication needs, and product preferences. We also initiated contact with potential distribution partners
The project resulted in a Market Entry Proposal containing detailed recommendations and a concrete action plan.
