Marketing audit for a shoe company
THE TASK – Perform a Marketing Audit for a shoe company. The company had undergone an ownership change and its Marketing has been neglected for several years.
OUR APPROACH – We analyzed 25 different marketing processes in the company, making an inventory of existing Marketing assets and evaluating the status of each process and the urgency of making corrections in it. We also created a description of the existing product portfolio and an analysis of sales per product group and type, as well as of pricing policies. The analysis also discovered inefficiencies in the communication strategy of the company.
The project resulted in a report containing immediate improvement suggestions and an estimate of the associated costs and human resources. We also linked the company for potential partners to help it with the execution of these improvements.
