Wheelshare is revolutionizing accessible mobility with its innovative smart automated self-service wheelchair stations. The company’s mission is clear: provide access to high-quality wheelchairs to those who need it most at hospitals, airports and other public spaces. Wheelshare has offices in the UK, Germany, France and Israel.
THE TASK – Optimus Consulting was asked to deliver a sales workshop for the company’s sales force to create a common sales capability, methodologies and approaches..
OUR APPROACH – After getting to know Wheelshare’s business we devised a two-day training curriculum, adapted to the company’s business needs. The training included interactive exercises and analysis of the company’s sales fundamentals.
